The Canadian Gaming Association (CGA) today announced the appointment of five new members to the Board of Directors, with a notable mention of Niaz Nejad, Senior Vice President and Head of Marketing for the U.S. and Canada at Aristocrat Gaming.
The Board, renewed during the Annual General Meeting on December 7, 2022, also includes prominent executives such as Bruce Caughill (Rush Street Interactive), Mark Harper (NS Sports Media), Charmaine Hogan (Playtech), Dale Hooper (FanDuel Canada), and Scott Vanderwel (PointsBet Canada).
This new leadership team comes together at a crucial time for the Canadian gaming industry, marked by unprecedented growth. The CGA aims to ensure diverse representation to address the evolving needs of the industry.
Niaz Nejad, representing Aristocrat Gaming, brings over 25 years of leadership and marketing experience across various industries. Her role as Head of Marketing for the U.S. and Canada at Aristocrat has positioned her as an influential leader in brand strategy and business performance.
