Wynn Resorts, Limited (WYNN) has provided an update on the construction of its new project, Wynn Al Marjan Island, the first integrated resort in the United Arab Emirates. Located 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, this project is set to redefine luxury in the region.
Currently, 55% of the structural concrete has been completed, with the main resort tower reaching the 26th floor and walls extending to the 29th floor. The construction team is completing one floor per week, aiming for a topping-off in December 2025. In the past 100 days, the resort tower has grown 44 meters.
The resort will feature 1,542 rooms and suites. To date, the structure for 1,121 guest rooms (73% of the total) has been completed, with approximately 820 rooms under fit-out. The installation of elevators and escalators also began this month.
Wynn Al Marjan Island will provide an unparalleled experience with 22 restaurants, bars, and lounges, a nightclub featuring world-renowned DJs, a beach club on its private Arabian Gulf beachfront, and an expansive poolscape surrounded by tropical landscaping. Additionally, it will include a 15,000-square-meter luxury shopping promenade, a five-star spa, a 7,500-square-meter event center, and a theater for bespoke entertainment.
Wynn Resorts is developing this project in partnership with Marjan and RAK Hospitality Holding, making it the first integrated gaming resort in the MENA (Middle East North Africa) region.
