Bo Bernhard from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas delivered a virtual keynote on “The (Top) Secrets of the Fun Economy.” He explored how the entertainment and leisure sectors are shaping future economic landscapes and provided actionable strategies for casino operators.

The forum concluded with a CEO panel featuring leaders from ECA member casinos. The discussion revolved around the adoption of AI and innovative technologies while tackling challenges in customer engagement, compliance, and responsible gambling.
