INTRALOT S.A. announced that its subsidiary, INTRALOT New Zealand Ltd., has signed a six-year contract extension with the Department of Internal Affairs (DIA) of New Zealand to continue supplying its integrated Electronic Monitoring System (EMS) for Class 4 (non-casino) gaming machines.
The new agreement will run from 2026 to 2032, with an additional one-year extension option.
In parallel, DIA has exercised its right to activate the one-year extension option under the current EMS service agreement with INTRALOT New Zealand, extending the existing contract until May 10, 2026.
Since its introduction in March 2007, INTRALOT’s EMS has played a crucial role in monitoring gaming machine operations in Class 4 venues, such as pubs and clubs, ensuring game integrity and accurate financial reporting. With this contract extension, INTRALOT will continue delivering its trusted EMS platform, along with significant upgrades that will enable a new range of advanced services for the Class 4 gambling sector.
The extension highlights the strong and long-standing partnership between INTRALOT and the DIA, reflecting the successful deployment and operation of the EMS platform in New Zealand to the highest industry standards. INTRALOT’s world-class platform is fully aligned with the International Gaming Standards Association (IGSA) and meets stringent regulatory requirements. Moreover, the company’s advanced services will continue to fully support New Zealand’s responsible gaming initiatives.
