On Friday, April 25, 2025, the Secretary of Prizes and Betting of the Ministry of Finance (SPA-MF) signed a Technical Cooperation Agreement (ACT) with Integrity Compliance 360 (IC360), an entity specializing in comprehensive integrity and compliance solutions for sports, sports betting, gaming, and iGaming. This marks the fifth agreement signed by the SPA to combat fraud in betting and the manipulation of sports results.
The first four ACTs were signed in October 2024, all with entities recognized globally for their monitoring work in the sector. The agreement with IC360 will last five years and can be expanded for new objectives. The entity has expertise in identifying suspicious betting activities, helping to detect and prevent attempts to manipulate results.
Like all other partner institutions, IC360 will exchange information with the SPA about the betting market and assist in training the Secretary's teams. "Integrity entities such as IC360 play a fundamental role in supporting the SPA's activities, particularly in identifying signs of result manipulation and facilitating structured information exchanges. With this agreement, both the SPA and the partner integrity organizations enhance their monitoring and oversight capabilities, promoting greater safety and transparency in the sector,” stated Regis Dudena, Secretary of Prizes and Betting of the MF, reaffirming the Ministry’s commitment to market integrity and protecting the Brazilian sports environment.
Scott Sadin, Director of Operations at IC360, considered it an honor to celebrate the agreement with the SPA to enhance awareness and integrity monitoring capabilities in the Brazilian market. “The mission is to foster a culture of responsibility and provide a detection alert system for all stakeholders to ensure that integrity is respected and sustainable for the Brazilian community,” he stated.
