ARISTOCRAT fue uno de los destacados patrocinadores de la edición 23 del torneo Golf Classic que en su vuelta logra recaudar 176.000 € para el Centro Internacional para el Juego Responsable (ICRG).
The Golf Classic tournament to date has raised nearly €2.4 million to support the ICRG and its research into problem gambling.
The 23rd edition has been organized and presented by the Association of Gaming Equipment Manufacturers (AGEM), the American Gaming Association (AGA) and JCM Global (JCM).
The president of the ICRG, Art Paikowsky, has valued the work of the organizers and sponsors and said: “We saw an amazing 73% revenue growth over the prior year thanks to all of the sponsors and the 144 golfers at this sold-out event. These funds will go a long way in supporting our mission of funding scientifically based research to better inform the industry, regulators, legislators, and the media."
The event drew a broad range of support from across the regulated gaming industry spectrum, with operators, suppliers, and independent test labs from across the country coming together to support the event and the ICRG’s mission.
In this regard, other sponsors of the event were: Caesars Entertainment, Catapult Global, Everi, Fantalooks, GGB Magazine, ICE London 2023, Konami, Light & Wonder, and Patriot Gaming.
On behalf of the organizers, Dave Kubajak, JCM's SVP of Sales, Marketing & Operations, highlighted the involvement of committed companies in the sector, such as Aristocrat and said: "We are grateful to the companies throughout the industry who support the annual Golf Classic charity event.
