888 has announced that negotiations with Caesars Entertainmentare are well advanced and the acquisition of William Hill's international operations is expected to be completed. Economic sources indicate that the transaction would be for more than $ 2.76 billion.
While the company says there is nothing official yet, everything indicates that 888 outbid Betfred, Apollo Global Management and Tipico for the assets, and as a consequence its shares rose approximately 2% in the last 24 hours.
