Likewise, Jette Nygaard-Andersen, CEO of Entain, has announced that in the United Kingdom the average hourly wage gap in the company has been reduced from 7.1% to 5.3%, a figure substantially less than the national average of 15, 4%.

She believes this improvement reflects gender parity in the retail business, where 54% are women. “While we are encouraged by this, we take nothing for granted and have put in place programs and policies such as EnTrain and Women@Entain which will help us continue on this journey. This approach to diversity, equity and inclusion is vital to our purpose of revolutionizing betting and gaming interactive entertainment”.
