GLI appoints Felix Lai as its new Customer Service Representative for Asia

As explained by GLI in a press release, Felix Lai has more than 10 years of experience in the gaming sector and other industries in Macau and the Philippines.

In addition, the company underlines that the representative in Asia brings a rich and diverse work history, which includes experience in various areas of casinos, as well as working with slot developers and companies outside the industry.

GLI confirms that Felix Lai will assist customers across Asia from his Macau office, helping them navigate the evolving future of gaming by taking full advantage of GLI's exclusive integrated approach to compliance. He will be based in GLI Asia’s new office, located at Alameda Dr.Carlos D’Assumpcao N’s 335-341, Edf. “Hot Line” H6, I6, J6, Macao.

Commenting on the appointment, Marina Wong, General Manager of GLI Asia Limited, says: “We are very pleased that Lai will be joining the team as Client Service Representative of GLI Asia. Prior to GLI, Lai most recently served as Manager of Business Development for Red Point Technology, where he specialized in both online and offline activities.

He has also served as Manager of Business Development for slot and system developer Solis Group, Manager of Business Development for the business, retail, and catering sides of Megstar International, and Assistant Manager of Business Development for Suncity Group. Additionally, I have held the role of Operations Manager for Century Oriental, overseeing daily operations of the casino gambling hall, and as Supervisor of Cage for Manlong VIP Group.
