This landmark event comes shortly after the institution achieved the prestigious Level 4 certification for Responsible Gaming awarded by the World Lottery Association (WLA).

Lotería de Concepción becomes the only institution in Chile and the third in Latin America to obtain this distinction, recognizing years of dedicated work to ensure responsible practices in the gaming industry.

The Responsible Gaming Week provides Lotería de Concepción with an opportunity to highlight its specific initiatives in this area, including awareness campaigns, collaboration with health institutions, prevalence research, and the implementation of tools to measure and mitigate gaming-related risks.
Furthermore, Lotería de Concepción has strengthened the professional development of its staff through an E-learning Platform and has integrated measures on its website to promote responsible gaming, such as self-assessment of gaming risk and the possibility to apply self-limitation and self-exclusion tools.
