FDJ Group, France's leading gaming operator, has announced the sale of its Sporting Solutions Services Limited subsidiary to the Betsson Group, a global sports betting and gaming operator.
This strategic move aligns with FDJ Group's focus on B2C and B2B2C operations in the lottery, sports betting, and online gaming markets.
Sporting Solutions, a UK-based company specializing in price setting and risk management for betting operators, will now become part of Betsson Group, a publicly listed company on the Nasdaq Stockholm stock exchange. This acquisition will strengthen Betsson Group's position in the B2B segment and expand its range of sports betting solutions.
The transaction is expected to be completed once certain conditions are met.
