Global gaming leader Light & Wonder, Inc. (NASDAQ and ASX: LNW) has announced a 20% equity investment in slot studio Bang Bang Games Limited, a developer known for its standout content and innovative game mechanics across the UK and European markets.
This investment comes at a pivotal moment as Bang Bang Games gains traction in North America through its existing partnership with Light & Wonder. The move is part of Light & Wonder’s broader strategy to support rising studios through its Light & Wonder™ Spark partner program.
Spark is designed to go beyond distribution, providing partner studios with tools, guidance, and access to new markets. Through hands-on collaboration and global exposure, Spark helps studios like Bang Bang scale and realize their full creative potential.
