Bally’s Intralot has released its preliminary results for the first quarter of 2026, a period marked by the consolidation of Bally’s International Interactive (BII) in its financial statements.
The group reported revenue of €268.1 million, compared to €95.6 million in the same period of the previous year, representing a year-on-year increase of 180.5%.
AEBITDA reached €100.2 million, up from €30.2 million in Q1 2025, with a margin of 37.4%, 5.8 percentage points higher than the previous year. The integration of BII contributed €183.9 million in revenue and €72.7 million in AEBITDA, with a margin of 39.5%.
The online business in the United Kingdom continued its positive trajectory, with growth of 10.5% in the first quarter and preliminary April revenues of £52 million, up 11.5% year-on-year. B2C activity stood at €204.6 million, while the B2B segment reached €63.5 million.
On a pro forma basis, the combined organisation generated €1,062.9 million in revenue over the twelve months ending 31 March 2026 and €427.2 million in AEBITDA, with a margin of 40.2%, in line with previously issued guidance.
Total liquidity at the end of the quarter amounted to €417.3 million, including €257.3 million in cash and €160 million in undrawn revolving credit facility capacity. Adjusted net debt closed at €1,493.1 million, with a pro forma net leverage ratio of 3.50x.
Among post-quarter highlights, Bally’s Intralot announced that its Australian subsidiary, Intralot Gaming Services, had been awarded a new 15-year licence to monitor electronic gaming machines in the State of Victoria, effective from 16 August 2027. The company also secured a new contract with Polla Chilena de Beneficencia, Chile’s state lottery, to deploy lottery, sports betting and digital technology solutions for up to 12 years.
Bally’s Intralot describes itself as a global iGaming and lottery solutions provider following the acquisition of Bally’s International Interactive business in October 2025, combining Bally’s B2C digital expertise with INTRALOT’s established presence in regulated lotteries, iLottery and sports betting.
