IGT has announced the appointment of Patrick Ramsey as a member of the Board of Directors of Voyager TopCo GP, LLC, the parent company of IGT and Everi, subject to the receipt of required regulatory approvals. This addition strengthens the group's strategic, operational, and technological profile at a key moment for its expansion across the gaming, digital, systems, and financial technology sectors.
Patrick Ramsey is a long-standing executive in the gaming industry, with extensive experience in operations, technology, product strategy, and business transformation. Among his most notable roles is his tenure as Chief Executive Officer of Multimedia Games, a company well-known in the sector for its gaming solutions and content. According to IGT, Ramsey will bring a broad vision of the global gaming ecosystem to the Board, alongside expertise in strategic growth, market development, innovation, and operational excellence.
Daniel Cohen, Chairman of Voyager TopCo GP, LLC, highlighted that Ramsey’s industry perspective and deep knowledge of the gaming ecosystem make him a valuable addition to the Board.
