As we have published, the departure of Eliseo Orenes Baño has led to changes in the structure of the Orenes Group. Thus, an organization recognized for considering its employees as the heart of business actions, took the time to explain recent organizational changes that will seek to give continuity to the work carried out to lead the sector.

Organizational changes
The Orenes Group Appointments and Remuneration Committee approves the merger of the Slot & Digital Corporate Management and the Leisure Centers Corporate Management into a single position under the name of Operations Management. Therefore, the different operational divisions that until now depended on each direction come under this new position.
This new structure leads us to make the following changes at the organizational level:
Mr. Pedro Antonio Zaplana, new Director of Operations
Fulfilling the competences, experience, trajectory and commitment to Orenes Group, Mr. Pedro Zaplana assumes this appointment as the new Director of Operations, whose main task will be to supervise and coordinate the different divisions that this new position encompasses.
Mr. Gregorio Hernández, new Director of the Casino Division
After his consolidation and evolution as Director of Mexico, Mr. Gregorio Hernández returns to Spain assuming the Management of the Casino Division.
The value, experience and commitment that Mr. Gregorio Hernández has shown during his professional career at Orenes Group makes him fulfill the necessary skills to assume these new responsibilities and continue with the objective of leading the sector together with the rest of the operating divisions.
