As we have learned from knowledgeable sources, the approval of the Royal Decree on Online Gaming Advertising is delayed.
We learned that the Ministry team hoped that before the end of this month of October it could be approved by the Council of Ministers and published in the Official State Gazette. This was stated by the Game Director Mikel Arana himself in an interview for a Basque radio station on October 18, news that we published in the first place for our sector.
The reasons could be due to the declaration of the state of alarm in Spain; although they affirm that in any case, "it will be shortly".
