The gaming and betting company William Hill has announced through a press release that it is currently developing a program in its Krakow office focused on promoting future women leaders in the field of technology.
This program called Lead, IT Lady! was launched in 2020 and seeks to address the leadership gap in the industry by offering participants on the program an opportunity to hone their skills through a series of modules delivered by industry experts
According to William Hill the program also contains a module, currently in progression, which allows participants to lead on individual digital projects to support non-profit organizations in the local community; including developing mobile applications and leading skills sessions with participants from local charities.
Notably, there are currently 14 participants in the program, including 3 internal representatives from our William Hill Krakow teams.
