The European Casino Association (ECA) and Clarion Gaming have confirmed an Innovation Symposium designed to bring together casino operators and industry suppliers ahead of ICE London 2023.
Through a press release they have informed that the program is expected to start next May with a series of digital round tables organized throughout Europe. These will be followed by a larger in-person gathering in Brussels scheduled for early June.
In this regard, Stuart Hunter, General Director of Clarion Gaming, highlighted the important benefits that these meetings will bring to the European casino sector, represented by the ECA and the game creators of the industry, and thus plan how this sector can "come back stronger post-Covid and what it needs from the supplier side to make that happen”.
In this line, he assures that ICE 2023 is a fundamental event in the recovery schedule. “The sights gained from the digital and in-person symposia will help determine what the future looks like. We are delighted to be driving this forward in partnership with our colleagues at the ECA who are great supporters of the ICE brand,” he added.
On the other hand, Per Jaldung, President of ECA, said: “The industry needs to rebuild and re-energize in the quickest and most efficient way possible. Many members of the ECA attended the ICE London 2022 event and the view is that we will benefit tremendously from such an exercise”.
Also, he has valued the organization of an event in Brussels in June and states that they are open to “other strategic bodies and associations who would like to be part of this open-forum for debate, discussion and collaboration”.
