The US multinational Cordish is proposing to the Community the construction of a 120-hectare hotel, casino and restaurant complex east of the capital.
As advanced exclusively by La Información, the Economic Counsilor of the Community of Madrid, Javier Fernández-Lasquetty has been studying Cordish's proposal to build a leisure center for the past weeks. The projection is similar to the plan made by the company in 2016, which was presented to the then president. It is a 120-hectare complex located in the vicinity of the municipality of Torres de la Alameda, costing the company about 20 million euros and which would create about 56,000 jobs.
The development is based on the figure of the Integrated Development Center, conceived during the negotiations for the construction of Eurovegas. The facilities would include hotels, meeting and convention space, restaurants, entertainment, gaming, a special events venue, a Broadway theater, a resident theater, shared offices, among others.
