Skywind Holdings has completed the acquisition of the technology company Intouch Games Group, confirming its growth in the United Kingdom.
Skywind Holdings highlights that since it was established in 2001, Intouch Games Group has become a well-known gaming company and is home to 8 highly successful casino brands including mFortune, Jammy Monkey and Mr Spin. It also underlines that it currently has more than 500 employees in the United Kingdom, Cyprus, Romania, Vietnam, and Taiwan.
Ultimately, Intouch Games' offering will enhance Skywind's catalogue, along with popular slot games and live casino games. Similarly, Intouch Games will also introduce Skywind content to new players across the UK.
Skywind says that following recent successful B2C partnerships in Romania and Colombia, this acquisition was a natural fit and will immediately increase its presence in the UK, a key European market.
