Under this agreement, Dreams S.A. pledges to conduct lectures on responsible gambling for Native and Latino communities with gambling issues in the counties of Los Angeles, San Diego, Tulare, and Sacramento. Simultaneously, the UCLA Program on Gambling Studies will provide training on problematic gambling to the community and gambling counselors in areas where Dreams has a presence.

Patricio Hermann, General Manager of Dreams S.A., emphasized the significance of this agreement, stating: "Dreams is the operator with the most experience in responsible gambling throughout Latin America. Their 15-year track record, training over 380 counselors to identify cases of problematic gambling in our country, and implementing a self-exclusion policy, speak for themselves. That's why we want to continue contributing in this field."

Dreams' Responsible Gambling team, led by Mariela Huenchumilla, will collaborate closely with psychologist Michael Campos, a key member of the UCLA Program on Gambling Studies team. This collaboration will enable on-site training of professionals from both countries in the areas of responsible and problematic gambling.

Michael Campos, the UCLA psychologist, expressed optimism about the impact of this agreement, stating: "This agreement with the Chilean casino operator will undoubtedly be a valuable contribution. Given Dreams' recognized expertise in this field, they will conduct lectures on responsible gambling in the counties of Los Angeles, San Diego, Tulare, and Sacramento for the promoters of the NGO Misión y Compromiso, who work with Native and Latino communities facing gambling issues. UCLA will do the same, providing training on problematic gambling to communities and gambling counselors where Dreams is present, to identify players at risk."

The launch program for this agreement included the signing of the agreement at the UCLA facilities and interaction with key figures in problematic and pathological gambling, such as the tribal casino Pachanga and the Gardens Casino. Both casinos are known for addressing gambling problems in the Native American community and for their gaming facilities, respectively.
