Vasco and Betfair seal the largest master sponsorship deal in club history
Vasco da Gama and Betfair, one of the world's leading online sports betting companies, announced this Thursday (09) the largest sponsorship deal in the club's history. The contract will be valid until December 31, 2025, with the possibility of renewal for two additional seasons. The company's brand will be featured on the male team's master property, and Betfair will also be included on the shoulder of the women's team's shirts, as well as having exclusive official digital content of the Legitimate Club of the People.

The agreement marks the beginning of a partnership between two major institutions: Betfair, a pioneer in online sports betting, founded in England in 2000, joins Vasco da Gama, a Rio de Janeiro-based club with a massive following, with over 20 million fans across Brazil. Vasco, the first continental world champion, winner of a Copa Libertadores, four Brazilian Championships, and a Copa do Brasil, is a club that inspires generations with great figures of national football such as Barbosa, Ademir, Bellini, Roberto Dinamite, Romário, Carlos Germano, Edmundo, Juninho Pernambucano, Pedrinho, Philippe Coutinho, among others.

The contract model is innovative and is based on a culture of cooperation between companies, foreseeing deliveries that go beyond shirt properties. A series of activities will be directed directly at the millions of fans that make up the team, such as draws and prizes of VIP tickets and official products, exclusive promotions, and unique experiences with the Rio team.

The debut of the uniform featuring the Betfair logo will be on May 12, at São Januário, in the match against Vitória, for the sixth round of the Brazilian Championship - Serie A. The agreement also provides for the exposure of the brand in Vasco da Gama's digital media, training uniforms, and much more.
