EGT is proud to announce its membership in the World Lottery Association (WLA) after successfully achieving certification under the WLA Security Control Standard: 2020 (WLA-SCS:2020) Level 2.
This standard outlines the requirements for information and operational security, ensuring the integrity of activities within the lottery and sports betting sectors.
The certification focuses on EGT's VLT solutions. To achieve this milestone, the company underwent a two-step process. First, it fulfilled the requirements of the international information security management standard ISO/IEC 27001 by the end of 2023. Subsequently, it met additional lottery-specific security requirements set by the WLA.
