Aristocrat Leisure Limited (ASX: ALL) today announced key leadership changes aimed at accelerating its global strategy in the regulated online gaming (iGaming) industry.
Current Aristocrat Interactive CEO Moti Malul will step down in March 2026, after completing his notice period. Malul was instrumental in the acquisition of NeoGames SA and the establishment of the Interactive division 18 months ago.
His successor will be Dylan Slaney, former CEO of Light & Wonder’s iGaming division. Slaney will take on the role on November 3, 2025, subject to regulatory approvals. With a background at NYX, SG Digital, and the data science company Dunnhumby, he brings extensive expertise in digital innovation and operational leadership.
At the same time, Natalie Toohey, who led Corporate Affairs for nearly seven years, will be leaving her position. She was key in building Aristocrat’s corporate communications, investor relations, and global reputation.
Barry French will step into the newly created role of Chief Corporate Affairs & Marketing Officer, overseeing both corporate affairs and global marketing. French has over 35 years of experience in regulated, consumer-focused industries, including telecommunications, defense, transport, and technology.
Both Slaney and French will report directly to Trevor Croker, Aristocrat’s CEO and Managing Director, and join the Executive Steering Committee. Slaney will be based in London, while French will operate from Las Vegas.
These leadership changes are designed to strengthen Aristocrat’s strategy in the gaming industry, drive growth in regulated markets, and expand innovation across iGaming, while enhancing the company’s global brand and stakeholder engagement.
