The operator is entering the final stretch of an 18-month project in France that will provide the spa town of Vittel with a new venue featuring 100 slot machines and table games.
Excitement is building in the town of Vittel. Jean-François Chapel, CEO of Vikings Casinos, has confirmed that the countdown has begun: only 14 days remain until the company’s new casino officially opens its doors. This project represents not only a strategic investment for the group but also a revitalizing boost for this emblematic town in the Vosges.
The construction, which has lasted a year and a half, is now in its final phase. According to Chapel, meeting deadlines has been possible thanks to the “talent of all the partners involved” and the leadership of key figures within the organization such as Victor Latour, Fabrice Cailly, and Christian Huby, who have led the development from the outset.
“Our teams are on the starting line, ready to take on this challenge. The new gaming venue is about to come to life,” the CEO stated through corporate channels.
The project has been supported by technology partners such as NOVOMATIC, as well as institutional backing from the Vittel City Council.
For the “City of Water,” the opening of this casino under the Vikings Casinos brand represents a reinforcement of its tourism and economic appeal. With renewed infrastructure, the venue aims to position itself as the leading entertainment destination in the region, combining the historic elegance of the spa resort with the adrenaline of modern gaming.
The inauguration is scheduled for the end of this month, when the “magic” of the new design will finally meet the public.
