Sweden's Spiffbet acquires Brazilian online game developer Copacabana Gaming

Spiffbet has closed a deal to acquire a large part of one of the most successful online gaming providers in Latin America, Copacabana Gaming - a subsidiary company of NGT Interactive.

Copacabana has stood out in recent years developing products for the online market, such as VideoBingo games, Slots and different versions in the "Lotto Games" and "Scratch-Themed games" online segment; standing out for the local factor and adapting to the specific needs and tastes of the Latin American market.

Following the agreement, the Copacabana Gaming games will be distributed through the server and the integration platform of the Swedish game provider Spiffbet, who will partner in the acquisition processes of the new games in its extensive portfolio of clients and distributors.
