Flutter wants more: increases its capital stock and is in the expansion phase
After the important announcement of the very positive advance of results in the second quarter of the year, where the acquisition of The Stars Group is shown as a great strategic move already in the short term, Flutter continues to raise the ante and announces to its shareholders the desire to expand capital and finance its expansion plans.
Irish betting group Flutter, of which Paddy Power Betfair is part, has gone to its shareholders to fund its expansion plans. After a successful merge with The Stars Group and Poker Stars, with an immediate of the 10% increase in group revenues for the second quarter, compared with a year ago, despite the pandemic, Flutter is placing eight million-plus shares worth €0.09 each to raise equity.
