We are facing the first Equality plan at the state level to be negotiated in a company in the gaming sector.
Since last Monday, it was constituted by videoconference, the negotiating table for the first Equality plan of the Play Orenes group, global gaming operator, which is present in all subsectors: casinos, bingo halls, gaming halls, sports betting, terminals in hospitality and online game.
In this meeting the constitution act was signed, the work bases for the next months were established, in addition to closing the most significant aspects that will form part of the diagnosis of the company's situation.
According to the provisions of Organic Law 3/2007, for the effective equality of women and men, the obligation of companies to respect equal treatment and opportunities in the workplace and the need to adopt measures to eliminate any type of discrimination or inequality based on sex, the Company's Management and the legal representation of the working people agreed to constitute the Equality Commission of Play Orenes, SL
