The ISO 9001 (Quality) surveillance audit, the ISO 14001 recertification (Environment) and the first ISO 45001 certification (Occupational Health and Safety) were successfully carried out between April and July at NOVOMATIC. NOVOMATIC Italia's Quality and HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) structure has carried out, together with the authorized certification body TUV Italia, all the steps for surveillance, renewal and new certification.
The NOVOMATIC Italy Group has confirmed in this way and in a particular historical moment, attention and commitment to its customers for the offer of a service compliant with quality standards, characteristics also underlined by the audit team which highlighted the dynamism and the projects of improvement implemented by the Group companies.
The first certification in the field of Occupational Health and Safety, ISO 45001, represents an even more important milestone in a time of health emergency: attention to the protection of workers and stakeholders is a major objective aimed at the constant improvement of health and safety, as well as risk reduction.
The ISO 14001 recertification, renewed not only for NOVOMATIC Italia but also for ADMIRAL Gaming Network (AGN), whose focus is on the Environment, highlights how the constant control and analysis of its environmental impact, along with full compliance with regulations in the area, it is a fundamental value for the Group on the road to sustainability.
Finally, the ISO 9001 surveillance audit, focused on quality, confirmed the offer of a service that meets quality and customer service standards.
Careful planning and full availability of all the actors involved in the certification processes were the pillars of teamwork that allowed the QHSE structure to obtain these outstanding results at a time as unique as today.
