With the firm objective of establishing a permanent ecosystem of leading technology companies, and paying special attention to providing online gaming companies with the human capital, infrastructures and resources in terms of space necessary for the development of their activities, Ceuta continues to generate news that will surely continue to attract operators to their territory.
In the last hours we have been able to read two important information about it:
a) In the first place, that the Autonomous City is going to ask the Central Government for a budget item from the European Union Funds to build a building with common services for the new technology companies that are being installed in the city; mainly those that are part of the online gaming industry.
A need that, if satisfied, would not only benefit the daily work of these companies, but would definitely contribute to Ceuta continuing to build a future based on becoming a "first-level technology center" and moderating the -until now- dependence on cross-border trade with Morocco, which accounted for between 20% and 25% of its GDP.
b) In addition to the desire for such an infrastructure with the help of European financing, Ceuta also continues to rely on training as a key aspect to guarantee the development of the online gambling businesses that are being installed in its territory. That is why two new face-to-face training courses have already been announced that will be taught in the classrooms of the Arjan Sundardas Digital Center and that with a minimum of 35 and a maximum of 70 hours of internships in online gaming companies located in Ceuta is one of the great services that the inhabitants of the Autonomous City benefit from.
Beneficiaries can be unemployed residents in Ceuta or active people who want to improve their employment opportunities and the courses will cover training in two of the areas of specialization most demanded by the sector: the Product Manager, CRM and VIP Manager positions.
Below we show the description of the two courses according to what was published in the Ceuta media:

Product Manager: (218 hours of minimum duration plus 9 additional hours for the exam of each block and master class). The minimum thematic blocks to be implemented will be: technical English; casino formation; roulette and black jack; Slots; sports betting, betting limits; bonds, risk, arbitrage and abuse and product positioning 16 hours. The face-to-face part will be taught from Monday to Thursday, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and later the online phase will be developed.
- CRM / VIP MANAGER: (232 hours of training plus 10 hours of exams and master class), with the following minimum thematic blocks: technical English; casino formation; advanced Excel; CRM functions, CRM programs; VIP Management; catchment; retention; sales and user ranking.
