As we reported in mid-December, with the departure of Olga Rodrigo, the NOVOMATIC Italia board of directors was reconfigured with Markus Buechele, as CEO; Franco Sergio Rota, president; and, Karl Plank, Group Operations Director.
NOVOMATIC Italia informs that its new Board of Directors opens a new path, taking as a base the Group's important trajectory in Italy, but also the experience acquired in 2020. In this regard, it announces that they are prepared for any eventuality, focusing on people; and strategic functions organized effectively to respond to market challenges and industry changes.
On this new stage, Markus Buechele, said: "After a period of consolidation, we are preparing for new growth with a truly long-term industrial project supported also thanks to the industrial strength and confidence of the Austrian parent company."
In addition, he confirmed the philosophy of the company made up of more than 2,600 professionals and said: "Our clients are the center of our attention and, with our products and services, we want to offer them quality, excellence and avant-garde."

He also referred to the new stage they are undertaking and says that it is planned to expand and further enhance the qualities that have characterized them.
