IGT has announced that NEXGEN has arrived to join a growing list of Diversity and Inclusion Groups within the Company.
According to IGT,
NEXGEN focuses on recognizing the professional contributions and supporting the development of millennial and Generation Z employees while embracing how these generations communicate, learn, and engage in the workplace.
It should be noted that NEXGEN is Led by two emerging leaders at IGT, Samantha Campbell (née Yates) of London, England and Patrick Brimmer of Sydney, Australia. Likewise, this group will embrace international perspectives to advance both group and corporate initiatives.
