Codere Italia announces that, since September 29, 2021, its subsidiaries operating in the machine management market Seven Cora Service Srl and Gaming Re Srl became part of Nori Games Service Srl and thus simplify its structure to exploit the operational, administrative, and corporate synergies.
This operation will allow Nori Games Service to concentrate the activities previously carried out by Seven Cora Service and Gaming Re in the northwest area, allowing the elimination of duplications and corporate, accounting, tax overlaps and the optimization of decision-making, resource management and expenses.
Referring to this restructuring, Alejandro Pascual, Codere Italia, commented that profit margins have been significantly reduced due to various factors such as the increase in the tax burden and the health crisis. About this, Pascual stated: “In the coming years we will face increasingly difficult challenges, which force us to rethink optimization opportunities in greater depth, seeking synergies and rationalizing the Group's corporate structure where there are geographic areas from a point of view territorial".
Along the same lines, Gilberto Cimmino, who will maintain the position of CEO, trusts "that the project that we are carrying out together will allow us to face the future with greater serenity."
