Danish company Vita Media Group announces the acquisition of Spanish operator Greenplay, previously owned and managed by Codere.
With the purchase of the Greenplay online casino brand, Vita Media Group strengthens its position in both Europe and Latin America.
In this regard, Jimmi Meilstrup, executive director of Vita Media Group, highlights that “The acquisition of the Greenplay casino brand is a massive expansion of our own igaming ecosystem”. Along these lines, he assures that "This strategic investment allows us to be more creative and offer a lot more quality on the market in 2022".
It should be noted that Greenplay is the seventh casino brand to join the Vita Media Group as part of OMG Affiliates. In this regard, all affiliates working under the Codere agreement of the Greenplay casino, will now be transferred to the OMG Affiliates platform.
