Merkur UK celebrates winning three of the ICE 2022 Landmark Awards presented in London last week, recognizing organizations and individuals who have made a difference in the industry. Merkur UK was recognized for its contribution to responsible gaming as well as its commitment to the environment.

- Sascha Blodau, UK General Manager, received recognition for the Merkur 360 Programme, a player protection initiative.
- Matt Bicknell, Joint Managing Director, Regal Gaming Technologies, was recognized for investing in digital transformation to reduce the company's carbon footprint.
- And, Nigel Davis, Merkur UK's Head of Gaming, was recognized for his 42-year career with a single company and his pivotal role in the development of the industry, including his contributions to the TiTO protocols established by the Gambling Business Group.
The awards were presented by the CEO of Clarion Gaming, Stuart Hunter, who explained: “The purpose of the Landmark Awards is to recognize those people and organizations that continue to make a difference as well as the reputation that ICE enjoys as being the fulcrum. of positive change both during good and in challenging times”.
