Pinoso, a wealthy municipality in the west of the province of Alicante, has become home to many Dutch, Belgian and English people who have formed a support group called De Gulle Nederlander. This group makes monthly donations that, through the Red Cross, support 31 families in this municipality.
The donations are duplicated by Grupo Cajugo together with the Dutch companies ikzoekeenhuisinSpain.nl and MB Car Service Hoofddorp, and thus it is possible to cover basic needs such as diapers, food and other products.
The De Gulle Nederlander aid group explains that they have several ways to collaborate, 10 euros per month, specific aid or products. Then, the donations are delivered personally by Red Cross personnel.
Thanks to this action, once a month, 31 families can now pick up a package of food and other essential products. They even guarantee that the four families who do not have transportation receive the packages at their doorstep.
