GLI Brings Global Expertise to SBC Lisbon and Celebrates Karen Sierra-Hughes' Induction into the Hall of Fame
The company will present its certification, compliance and cybersecurity services at booth B238.
Gaming Laboratories International (GLI)® will participate in SBC Lisboa 2026 with specialists from several of its international offices, combining global experience and knowledge of local markets.
At booth B238, the company will offer advice on testing and certification, iGaming, sports betting, regulatory compliance and information security through GLI Secure.
Outside the exhibition area, Karen Sierra-Hughes, GLI's Vice President for Latin America, the Caribbean and Spain, will moderate the session "LatAm Leaders: Strategy, Scale and Survival", scheduled for October 1, from 11:00 a.m. to 11:40 a.m. The panel will analyze the markets that offer real opportunities for sustainable growth and the impact of business consolidation.
Sierra-Hughes will also lead the meeting of regulators from Latin America and Brazil, to be held on September 29, with representatives from El Salvador, Argentina, Buenos Aires and Puerto Rico.
Her presence will have a special meaning after being elected to the tenth class of the SBC Hall of Fame, which recognizes professionals who have contributed to transforming the international gaming and betting industry. The ceremony will be held on September 28 at the Palácio Estoril Hotel in Lisbon.
