Circa Resort & Casino will not only be the first casino built in downtown Las Vegas in four decades, but thanks to the generation of 1,500 jobs, it stands out for its fundamental role in the economic recovery after the COVID-19 crisis.
As we recently published, this entertainment complex is undoubtedly destined to make its mark in Las Vegas history, as in addition to its wide employment offer it will have the largest pool amphitheater in the United States, the largest sportsbook in the world a million-pixel screen that can be seen on multiple floors of the casino; all this, without forgetting that it will be the first complex designed "only for people over 21 years of age."
Circa owner Derek Stevens noted that despite delays it was possible to hire about 1,100 workers by mid-September, from dealers to cocktail servers and lifeguards, and the goal is to add about 400 more.
Also, Stevens, referred to the inauguration scheduled for October 28:
"The fact that we can bring some good news and some excitement, that has me the most excited right now."
"We're getting to the point where the excitement level as well as the stress level are both starting to kick into high gear."
"We've been prepared, but there are always last-minute things that are a little bit in flux."
It should be noted that the opening of Resorts World Las Vegas is scheduled for next summer, which expects to hire about 6,000 workers.
