DraftKings has announced the official opening of a new 6,000 square foot sportsbook located at the Casino Queen. After two years of temporary retail sportsbook, both companies announce that the opening date will be next Tuesday, March 29th.
DraftKings explains that the premier sports betting facility will provide a unique sports betting and viewing experience with a 60-foot video wall, dozens of HDTVs, a VIP area and more than 30 betting kiosks.
Terry Downey, president and CEO of CQ Holding Company, assures that “With this comprehensive renovation, we are introducing a new era of sports betting, sports viewing and overall entertainment at DraftKings at Casino Queen”.
Notably, the state-of-the-art DraftKings at Casino Queen Sportsbook will be located steps from the casino floor and will offer a gaming destination unlike any other in the region. Sports enthusiasts will be able to watch live action on 31 large HDTVs and a 60-foot video board.
Additionally, DraftKings at Casino Queen Sportsbook will also give players the opportunity to place wagers on a variety of betting markets across professional and collegiate sports via 38 kiosks and five betting windows, complete with the latest sports wagering technology.
Finally, a variety of new plush, lounge-style seating options, private booths, stadium seating and VIP areas will provide optimal comfort for sports fans looking to catch their favorite events.
