The organization LGBTQ+ in Gaming, in collaboration with the American Gaming Association, will host the live webinar "Beyond the Rainbow: From Symbol to Substance" on June 23, 2026, an initiative focused on promoting authentic and effective inclusion within the gaming industry.
The online meeting will take place at 4:00 PM ET (10:00 PM in mainland Spain) and will address how companies in the sector can build relationships of trust with LGBTQ+ employees, players, and communities, moving beyond visibility campaigns or one-off actions.
According to the organizers, the webinar will focus on the importance of ensuring that corporate support for diversity has a tangible impact and is not limited to initiatives of a symbolic nature. Among the planned topics are strategies to foster real inclusion in the workplace, as well as the need to balance aspects related to branding, reputational risk, and corporate responsibility.
The session is aimed at a wide range of professionals linked to the gaming ecosystem, including developers, community managers, human resources departments, executives, players, and allies committed to diversity and inclusion.
