 Flutter Entertainment Announces Appointment of Greg McCaw as its First Director of Inclusion and Diversity

Flutter Entertainment announced the appointment of Greg McCaw as Director of Inclusion and Diversity, a newly created position that seeks to ensure that everyone in the group shares a strong sense of belonging in a truly inclusive environment.

As reported by Flutter Entertainment, Greg McCaw has begun work on the development and execution of the Inclusion and Diversity strategy since February 1st and will report to Caroline Ross, the group's chief of staff.

It should be noted that, within the functions of this position are: identifying training and development for all levels of employees, monitoring and reporting on progress in relation to the inclusion and diversity objectives set.

Prior to his appointment at Flutter, Greg McCaw Greg served as Head of Inclusion and People Engagement at Sky Betting & Gaming (SBG), where he worked closely with the Leadership Team to build an inclusion strategy, which recently achieved industry recognition in the All in Diversity Project, a sector wide initiative to drive forward Diversity, Inclusion and Workplace Equality.

Previously, he worked for New Look, where he served as Senior HR Business Partner for the UK & Ireland, introducing partners such as Stonewall and ENEI to promote the retailer's efforts in the Inclusion and Diversity space.

On this appointment, Caroline Ross, Group Chief People Officer, at Flutter Entertainment plc, highlighted the importance of diversity and inclusion for the group and explained: “We want to build on our foundations to be a truly inclusive place to work, one where difference is celebrated and valued, because it is only when we all understand the role we play that will we really shift the dial”.

Meanwhile, Greg McCaw highlighted the group's corporate social responsibility and stated: “Stepping into this newly created role is beyond doubt one of the most exciting opportunities I have ever embarked on. Already I’ve seen a willingness and commitment to developing a strong strategy for Inclusion and Diversity at all levels within this organization, especially from senior leaders, where it can make a real impact".
