Novomatic Group has announced important changes in the management structure on the African continent to face the challenges of the local business environment and the multiple changes in the market.
Novomatic reveals that from June 1 Sonya Nikolova, Muriel Loftie-Eaton and Alexander Merwald will officially resume their roles as CEOs of Novomatic Africa.
Nikolova is appointed CEO, as she continues to lead sales activities on the continent. On the other hand, Loftie-Eaton is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO); and Merwald, holds the position of Chief Information Officer (CIO).
Regarding her appointment, Nikolova emphasizes that it is a privilege and implies a high level of responsibility towards the board of the company, her fellow directors, the team, clients, friends and family. She also said: "One of the first priorities will be to increase customer satisfaction by means of implementing premium quality corporate standards and good business practices throughout all business areas of the local units".
