Entain, the global sports betting and gaming group, has announced the appointment of Pierre Bouchut as permanent non-executive Chair, effective immediately.
Bouchut joined the Entain Board in September 2018 and was appointed Senior Independent Director in December 2023, before becoming Interim non-executive Chair in February 2025.
David Satz, Entain’s current Senior Independent Director, said:
