The Ibex Technical Committee has decided to modify the composition of its 'Ibex Medium Cap' and 'Ibex Small Cap' indices. Azkoyen and Codere would emerge from this second, which brings together small-cap listed companies from the four national exchanges.
Two of the companies that generate the most news at the gambing sector level,
Azkoyen and
Codere, will emerge from one of the two stock indices that make up the IBEX-35. And it is that the Ibex Technical Committee has informed that it will modify the composition of its '
Ibex Medium Cap' and '
Ibex Small Cap' indices on June 22, so from this date, the 'Ibex Small Cap' index , will receive Alantra, Prosegur Cash, Grenergy, Neinor Homes, Liberbank, Duro Felguera, Nextil and Unicaja; while Airtificial, Azkoyen, Biosearch, Codere, Nicolás Correa, PharmaMar, Renta Corporación and Solaria will no longer be part of the small capitalization index.
The next follow-up meeting of the Technical Advisory Committee will be held on September 10 of this year, when a new recomposition of both indexes could be announced. But until then, the gaming multinational
Codere and the Navarre company specializing in payment solutions, access control and vending machines -
Azkoyen- will remain out, with a possible drop in the daily trading volume.
