According to the publication of the Official Gazette of the Mercantile Registry (BORME), BETWAY SPAIN SOCIEDAD ANONIMA has established its domicile in Ceuta, with a capital of 150,100.00 euros and the following corporate purpose: “The Company's exclusive corporate purpose is the organization and exploitation of games of chance in the terms provided in article 13 of law 13/2011 regulating gambling. 2. Excludes from this object all those activities for which any law requires special requirements”.
