The International Center for Gaming Regulation (IGRA) at the University of Las Vegas recently posted an informational map of tribal gaming operations on its website, which will be continually updated and will serve as a point starting point for its researchers.
The IGRA has explained that the map identifies the 29 states with tribal gaming operations, it also indicates in which of those 29 states the tribal casino sportsbooks are operational or licensed, and if the tribal sportsbooks include mobile betting.
It should be noted that the latest update is June 30, 2021. Source authorities include state-tribal compacts, state and tribal laws, and publicly available information from regulatory agencies and tribal gaming operations.
