VIDEO: Presentation of 5th International Meeting for Responsible Gaming and Kissy Chandiramani's intervention 

The presentation was made by D. Rafael Pérez Pérez, General Commissioner of the National Police, who greeted and welcomed all the speakers and attendees of the event, also reiterating, in this speaking time, the commitment of the Police Institution with the Responsible Gaming in all its marketing channels.

He also stressed that the public powers have the obligation to prevent the appearance of addictive behaviors and protect particularly sensitive groups, always taking into account the rights of the rest of the players.

Making a brief review of the topics that were going to be discussed throughout the day, he closed his speech, giving way to Jacqueline Mecinas, editor of INFOPLAY.INFO, INFOiGAMING, promoter of the International Awards for Responsible Gaming and founder of the International Alliance for Responsible Gaming that greeted the audience, also welcomed the attendees and commented on the day's programme.

In her speech, she appealed to the responsibility on the part of all the actors in the sector to strengthen freedom of choice and left a resounding message, "without security, there is no freedom."

Next, she presented the remote intervention of Kissy Chandiramani, Minister of Economy and Finance of the Government of Ceuta, who highlighted the role of this autonomous city in innovation in the gaming sector.

She began by emphasizing the friendly position that Ceuta has taken in recent years with respect to the business fabric of the online gaming sector and new technologies. He based the good health of these alliances on two key aspects, one of them, the fiscal and judicial, assuring that Ceuta wants to show transparency in all its aspects and also, the control of addictive behaviors, announcing that from the Autonomous City they will promote all kinds of of measures to combat them.
