From January 14 to 16, 2025, the entertainment and gaming industry will gather at the London Casino and Gaming Show (LCG), held alongside the EAG event at London’s ExCeL convention center.
Euromat, the federation of European gaming machine trade associations, has confirmed this week that it will host a seminar titled "Creating a Compelling Customer Experience" at LCG. Jason Frost, Euromat’s representative, revealed that the panel of speakers will feature experts from the Netherlands, the UK, and Romania, with potential additions from other countries.
The event organizers have also invited Euromat members to a drinks and networking evening on January 15 at Lola's Club in London’s Hippodrome Casino.
With leaders and innovators from around the globe, the London Casino and Gaming Show aims to enhance visitor experiences and drive revenue in the land-based leisure, entertainment, and attractions sectors.
