Kambi’s esports division will supply Google with a comprehensive data package covering League of Legends, Counter-Strike, Dota 2 and VALORANT, enhancing the experience of millions of users.
Abios, the esports division of Kambi Group, has signed a multi-year data agreement with Google that will allow the tech giant to significantly strengthen its information offering on some of the world’s most popular competitive titles.
Under this partnership, Google will soon integrate Abios’ data package for four of the leading global esports titles: League of Legends, Counter-Strike, Dota 2 and VALORANT. The coverage will include schedules, matchups, competitive statistics, player and team data, as well as results information.
The aim of the agreement is to improve various Google experiences and products related to competition tracking, including Google Search and the Google App, by adding new layers of information designed to provide a richer and more comprehensive experience for millions of fans worldwide.
With this move, Kambi strengthens Abios’ position as a specialized provider of enterprise-level esports data solutions. The unit currently supplies odds, widgets and data feeds across major competitive titles, supported by an infrastructure designed to deliver accurate, game-specific information at scale.
Kambi Group CEO Werner Becher highlighted the strategic importance of the agreement, stating that this collaboration represents “an important milestone for Kambi and Abios” and also “a strong endorsement of the advanced data infrastructure and expertise we have developed over many years.”
Becher also added that, thanks to Google’s global reach, this partnership will help elevate how users access and consume esports data worldwide.
On Google’s side, Marvin Brischke, EMEA Sports Partnerships Lead, emphasized the international growth of the segment, noting that “esports continue to grow in popularity globally,” and expressed the company’s satisfaction in working with Kambi and Abios to expand the information available to its users.
