Aristocrat Leisure Limited has announced that it will establish a new working model known as all.flex with the aim of ensuring that the company can continue to deliver on its ambitious growth strategy, while expressing a "people first" commitment and deepening its focus on inclusion.
Aristocrat Leisure Limited indicates that all.flex comprises:
- a global policy that encourages flexible work - including opportunities for permanent hybrid or remote working - as well as other flexible options that work for individuals, their teams and the broader business;
- supporting guidelines, tools and training resources;
- a simplified approval process, with appropriate governance;
- broad scope for local tailoring, to bring to life global commitments in ways that are impactful and relevant across our diverse operations.
Aristocrat Chief People & Culture Officer, Christie Roser, highlights that the launch of this new permanent flexible hybrid work model allows them to respond to the changing expectations of employees, which in other words translates into attracting and retaining great professionals in their operations.
